About the position

The Director of Operations, Foundation at Umpqua Community College is a full-time exempt position responsible for overseeing the financial management of the UCC Foundation, managing the scholarship office, and coordinating special events. This role involves developing and managing processes, procedures, and systems to ensure alignment with the Foundation's mission and goals, contributing to the overall success of the college and its students.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial management of the UCC Foundation.
  • Manage the scholarship office and ensure effective operations.
  • Coordinate and manage special events for the Foundation.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to align with the Foundation's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance student success and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit management or a related field.
