About the position

The Exhibit Operations Coordinator I at Arthrex is responsible for supporting exhibit functions both onsite and offsite. This role involves assisting with pre-planning, onsite execution, and post-exhibit tasks while serving as a liaison to various internal and external clients. The coordinator ensures that all exhibit products and displays are functional and meet corporate goals, contributing to the successful outcome of exhibits and events.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory of products and associated exhibit models and displays.
  • Track usage and forecast orders to support corporate and agency schedules.
  • Develop and maintain lab and exhibit checklists and reference materials.
  • Ensure all exhibit products and displays are tested for proper function and current revision level.
  • Responsible for set-up and clean-up/disinfecting of all campus and offsite products and displays for workshops and exhibits.
  • Support coordination and execution of international and regional exhibits and workshop events.
  • Work closely with Global Trade, Marketing, Medical Education, and Exhibit House Vendor to execute exhibits and events successfully.
  • Develop and prepare booth drawings to optimize product and display layout and quantities.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of display equipment.
  • Maintain a list of approved and preferred vendors.
  • Support team members on-site during holidays, PTO, and periods of increased volume of requests.
  • Communicate policies, procedures, and processes effectively with excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year experience working in a professional environment, preferably in exhibit/event coordination.
  • General knowledge of industry practices, customer service, and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer service background.
  • Beginner level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish; additional languages preferred.
  • Prior exhibit/event experience preferred.
