About the position

The Expense Management Accounting Coordinator at Aires is an entry-level position focused on managing the expense reimbursement process for transferees in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities

  • Audit transferee expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with client policies.
  • Validate documentation and amounts for expense submissions.
  • Process expense reimbursements in accounting tools to ensure timely payments to transferees.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to confirm client policies and address discrepancies.
  • Perform comprehensive quarterly and annual data audits to validate reporting and coding of processed expenses.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in an accounting-related position or internship.
  • Experience with accounting software preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office products and ability to learn proprietary software.
