About the position

The Experience Design Specialist role is a long-term contract position at a leading financial services company, focusing on enhancing user experience through design strategies. The specialist will work collaboratively on complex initiatives that impact the organization significantly, utilizing their expertise in experience design, content design, and product design to meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted experience design challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
• Experience in mapping user flows, UX/UI, and influencing experience through education and strategic vision.
