Are you an excellent team player with experience in the field of experience governance? Are you ready to drive best practices across a varied digital portfolio spanning many types of end users? HP is seeking a program lead for the experience governance office under the office of the Chief Customer Officer. This individual must be organized and collaborative and display strong written and verbal skills. Leveraging these capabilities, the Governance Program Manager will work with teams across HP to discover, capture, drive consensus on and then publish policy regarding user experience. This role is across HP and offers a unique opportunity to interact with teams across the entire company and in many disciplines. The Governance Program Manager will support the three pillars of advocacy: community, content, and connection. This includes creating and conducting training sessions about digital governance, empowering and supporting the governance community through internal communication channels, and driving consensus from stakeholders and subject matter experts regarding policies and best practices. The role also involves writing best practices and policies to be published to the governance website, tracking compliance with written best practices and policies, and supporting relationships between users in the community. Additionally, the Governance Program Manager will host governance office hours and huddle sessions, contribute to internal and external events, conferences, and articles, synthesize governance feedback, and contribute to the governance community. This position is integral to fostering a collaborative team culture and proposing improvements based on shared feedback.
