About The Position

The Experience Specialist is responsible for creating exceptional member experiences at the branch by processing transactions, handling consumer loan applications, and educating members on self-service options. This role involves providing consultative support to help members identify products and services that enhance their financial well-being, while also managing performance metrics and engaging in community outreach.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
  • Exemplary organizational, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent time management skills required.
  • Strong mathematical and logic skills required.
  • Ability to connect and build rapport quickly required.
  • Ability to be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Previous financial institution experience preferred.
  • Registered and serve as a Notary Public preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional experiences with integrity, professionalism, and charisma while assisting members with account opening and maintenance.
  • Process consumer inquiries and financial transactions accurately, including consumer loan applications and notary services.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly performance metrics by maintaining knowledge of products and services available to members.
  • Build rapport with members and maintain a strong referral base through engagement and outbound sales calling initiatives.
  • Partner with branch staff in community outreach and business development activities to enhance branch performance.
  • Identify opportunities for self-development and cross-functional training with Relationship Specialists.
  • Build and maintain member relationships through consultative analysis of their financial profiles and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal regulations regarding account security and loan documentation procedures.
  • Explain loan requirements and processes to potential borrowers.
