Responsibilities

• Check in with existing property owners to provide updates and address concerns.
• Communicate directly with prospective owners to showcase the benefits of working with Vision Realty & Management.
• Visit properties to take marketing photos and ensure they are presented well.
• Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss new sales strategies and client retention plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and demonstrate the value of staying with the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, property management, sales, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to address issues immediately and meet clients in person or visit properties as needed.
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting financial statements.
