About the position

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leasing activities at a 134-unit apartment complex in Palm Springs. This role involves interacting with prospective tenants, preparing rental documents, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing apartments and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule showing appointments for vacancies.
• Prepare all rental documents and lease paperwork.
• Collect deposits, move-in monies, and complete move-in walk-throughs.
• Manage and compile all online and print advertising.
• Interact effectively with vendors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of current experience leasing apartments in a 100+ unit apartment community.
• Excellent verbal/written/telephone communication skills.
• Strong marketing, leasing, and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with great follow-up skills.
• Computer literate in Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
