The Apartment Maintenance Technician role involves performing various maintenance tasks in an apartment complex. The position is full-time and requires a technician to handle repair and maintenance duties, ensuring the safety and functionality of the property. The technician will work primarily during the day, Monday to Friday, and is expected to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance and health and safety checks.
• Install locks and perform painting and drywall repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Basic knowledge of repair maintenance tasks.
