About the position

The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance (F&I) operations within a dealership. This role requires a charismatic individual with a proven track record in F&I management, who can lead and mentor a team while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with legal and ethical standards. The position involves reviewing customer credit applications, presenting financing options, and finalizing financial transactions to protect revenue and maintain strong lender relationships.

Responsibilities

• Secure the sale & protect front end revenue.
• Present F&I products, communicating a high level of value.
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship.
• Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service.
• Influence the sales team and variable managers in a positive way.

Requirements

• Automotive F&I Manager experience
• Proven track record of high performance
• Outstanding customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license

• Experience in sales
• 1 year of dealership F&I experience (preferred)
