Experienced Bartender/Server w/Craft Mixology Skills (Santa Barbara)

About the position

We are seeking an experienced Bartender/Server with craft mixology skills to join our high-volume establishment in Santa Barbara. This part-time position requires a passion for mixology and the ability to work efficiently during night shifts, providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Create and mix craft cocktails according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of local craft beers and wines.
