The Experienced Business Development Coordinator at Sullivan Auto Group plays a crucial role in connecting customers with their future vehicles. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about customer service and the automotive industry. The coordinator will assist customers with inquiries about vehicles and purchasing options while utilizing innovative technologies and training resources provided by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and emails and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, text, and live chat scripts and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
  • Maintain quarterly manufacturer certification requirements.

Requirements

  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor.
  • Enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
