About the position
Classic Commercial Services is seeking experienced Carpet & Flooring Cleaning Technicians to provide specialized deep steam cleaning services for commercial clients. The role involves working flexible hours, including day and night shifts, to meet the needs of a 24/7 operation. Technicians will service various environments, including hotels, restaurants, and offices, and may also assist with emergency water damage remediation.
Responsibilities
- Service commercial clients with carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery/drapery cleaning, strip/wax services, and natural stone care.
- Assist in emergency water damage remediation as needed.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate client needs, including out-of-town work occasionally.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction through good communication and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Experience in floor care is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds with ease.
- Self-motivated with a great attitude and willingness to work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Nice-to-haves
- 1 year of carpet cleaning experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
