About the position

We are seeking experienced ceramic tile flooring subcontractors to join our local crews in Houston. The role involves installing various types of flooring, including ceramic, wood, and carpet, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Subcontractors will be compensated based on the square footage of work completed, with a flexible schedule to accommodate individual availability.

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic tile and other flooring types including wood and carpet.
• Demo existing tile, wood, and carpet as needed.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of flooring installations.
• Dispose of trash at our warehouse after installations.

Requirements

• Must have an active Texas LLC or Corporation (DBA not accepted).
• General Liability insurance is required.
• Corrected auto insurance limits must be met.
• Workers' Compensation exemption or coverage is necessary.
• Pass a background check (US issued driver's license and Social Security card required).
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Possess a work vehicle and necessary tools for installation.
• Minimum of 3 years' installation experience is required.
