The Experienced Climber position at Ash Tree Enterprises involves leading tree care operations, including pruning and removals of trees up to 100 feet tall. Responsibilities

• Pruning and removals of trees of all sizes and species
• Rigging and roping, working in confined no damage areas
• Working as part of a team in a professional manner
• Maintaining a professional image and attitude across the board
• Proper maintenance and care of gear and equipment
• Help train and mentor newer team members while being open to learning yourself

Requirements

• Experience in tree trimming and tree care
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to climb and work at heights up to 100 feet
• Experience with bucket trucks

Nice-to-haves

• CDL (not required, but a bonus)
• Experience in leading a crew
