Requirements

  • A current Florida Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Able to identify client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
  • Must be flexible to work in a hybrid remote environment, balancing office presence and remote work effectively.
