About the position

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design to provide TikTok users with a great shopping experience and product solution.
  • Manage daily team operations and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective product development and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience as a product manager or product developer.
  • Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, providing a localized shopping experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5 years of work experience in customer-facing products.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, business, and customers, with the ability to comprehend new business models.
  • Experience in social commerce, video user experiences, or creator ecosystems.
  • Experience developing ranking or recommendation products in partnership with AI/ML teams.
