Responsibilities

• Implement operating discipline principles to ensure consistent operations using CI methodologies.
• Define project feasibility and conduct conceptual cost analysis, including technical risk assessment.
• Lead technology evaluations and provide data for engineering and capital expenditure development.
• Teach, mentor, and lead others in the application of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Act as a technical team representative in project meetings, influencing data-driven decisions and adherence to project timelines.
• Plan development work with the team and analyze data to derive actionable conclusions.
• Manage projects within the designated area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in chemical plants.
• Demonstrated experience in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Discipline, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to take on new challenges and foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Effectiveness in working as both a member and leader of cross-functional teams.
• Strong prioritization skills to overcome obstacles and meet commitments in a dynamic environment.
