About the position

The Senior Tech position at our MSP/IT Service and Support company is designed for an experienced Desktop Technician who will provide both on-premises and remote support. This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Server, and Office 365, ensuring a friendly and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Server and Office 365.
• Assist users with hardware and software problems both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Desktop Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Server and Office 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
