About the position
Ebaes, a casual dining Asian Fusion restaurant located in the USC area, is seeking experienced dish and customer service hosts. The role requires outgoing, responsible, and self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join the team. Open availability and prior restaurant experience are preferred, with positions available for weekend, lunch, and dinner shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Maintain a clean and polished appearance of the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in hosting duties, including greeting and seating guests
- Support kitchen staff as needed, including dishwashing and food preparation
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
