Responsibilities

• Assisting in taking overspill client calls from the call center
• Working alongside the call center to schedule and assign calls to technicians
• Scheduling return calls for customers in collaboration with technicians
• Assigning and dispatching calls to appropriate technicians based on their skillsets and location
• Entering close-out information from technicians for proper reporting and accounting
• Entering credit card information for technicians as needed
• Dispatching new calls to technicians and moving calls quickly as needed
• Communicating with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointments
• Filing invoices and install folders as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned.
