About the position

The position is for an experienced Electrical Foreman who will lead and oversee electrical tasks on a multifamily project. The foreman will be responsible for managing their team and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure all electrical work is completed efficiently and to standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical tasks performed by employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site.
• Manage the work schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to junior electricians.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in multifamily or commercial electrical projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in electrical safety or management.
• Experience with project management software.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
