The Experienced General Manager at Thorntons LLC is responsible for overseeing in-store operations in the Lexington area, ensuring a high standard of customer service and team development. The General Manager will also be involved in recruiting, training, and empowering team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety equipment is in good use and maintain a safety-first mindset.
• Assist and coach team members while supporting other leadership members.
• Recruit, motivate, train, and empower team members to delight guests.
• Manage sales, shrink, gross profit, and supplies to deliver the budget.
• Maintain excellent store standards and promote world-class customer service.
• Delegate tasks effectively and demonstrate exemplary communication and time management skills.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in hospitality management or related fields.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in team development and leadership.
• Proficient in cash handling and financial management.
• Excellent communication skills.
