About the position

Uline is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join its Creative department at the corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role involves working on diverse creative projects, including designs for a Northwoods Wisconsin lodge, supper club, boutique store, coffee shop, and an Illinois theatre venue. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, the ability to lead projects, and a passion for creating compelling visual concepts in both print and digital formats.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate creative concepts and transform ideas into high-quality print and digital designs for a wide range of projects.
• Lead assigned projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, client needs, and deadlines.
• Participate in design review meetings with upper management.
• Develop photo concepts and work with the photography team to execute the vision.
• Mentor, inspire, and assist Graphic Designers on projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 8+ years of graphic design experience in a creative environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of print and digital design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and macOS.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management and Content Management software.
