About the position

The experienced growth product manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of the company's product, which serves millions of creators and businesses. This role involves defining and analyzing growth metrics, contributing to the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing product features through experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Define, track, and analyze key growth metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities based on data analysis, market insights, and user feedback.
  • Generate and convert insights into business results through collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and marketing).
  • Create and monitor A/B tests to optimize product features and enhance user experience.
  • Take ownership of business results and effectively communicate growth initiatives to stakeholders and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued growth and success of our products.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, product analytics, or a similar role in the internet industry.
  • Hands-on experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and comfortable collaborating with teammates in the US time zone.
  • Strong ownership, entrepreneurship, and a passion for driving growth through innovative strategies.
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Optimizely or Google Optimize) is preferred.
