The Experienced Gymnastics Coach for Competition Teams will be responsible for coaching various gymnastics teams, including developmental and competitive teams. Responsibilities

• Coach the Head Coach Position for the DP Program
• Lead Compulsory/Optional Beam and Floor training
• Oversee Compulsory/Optional Bars and Vault training
• Coach the Xcel Team
• Manage Developmental Team and classes
• Support and mentor junior coaches as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for gymnasts and their families

Requirements

• Proven experience as a gymnastics coach
• Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training methods
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of coaching

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with competitive gymnastics programs
• Management experience in a coaching environment
• First aid and CPR certification
