About the position

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the women's gymnastics program for compulsory and optional levels.
- Oversee training for Beam, Floor, Bars, and Vault events.
- Manage the Xcel Team and Developmental Team classes.
- Ensure a positive and professional coaching environment.
- Support and mentor gymnasts, parents, and peers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a gymnastics coach, particularly in women's gymnastics.
- Strong knowledge of compulsory and optional gymnastics routines.
- Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in coaching at a competitive level.
- Certification in gymnastics coaching or related fields.
