About the position
We are seeking an experienced independent auto sales and finance agent to join our veteran-owned team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in used car sales and finance, with a focus on providing excellent customer service while achieving sales goals. Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sale of vehicles to customers and aftermarket service plans/insurance when applicable.
- Provide positive and polite customer service, assisting customers prior to the sale.
- Assist customers with obtaining financing through on and off-site lenders.
- Familiarize oneself with various models of vehicles.
- Work in partnership with a sales desk mate to achieve goals while maintaining flexibility in personal schedule.
- Market inventory via website posting or social media when necessary.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Virginia Vehicle Salespersons License or obtain one prior to any sales activity.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving history and transportation to and from work.
- At least 2 years of independent used car sales/finance experience within the last 3 years.
- Fluent in English.
