About the position

De Beaute' Day Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician with over 10 years of experience to provide a range of skin and body treatments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping guests achieve their beauty and skin goals while maintaining a high standard of service in a luxury spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin and body consultations to determine appropriate treatments, services, and home care regimen.
• Provide facials, peels, microdermabrasion, Hydra Facials, waxing, and other skincare and body treatments.
• Educate guests on proper skincare routines by recommending service plans and home care.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms at all times.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge by attending company-sponsored training.
• Assist with product sales, recommendations, and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• Valid Esthetic or Cosmetology license as required by the State of New Jersey.
• 10+ years of experience in esthetics, particularly in a luxury spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
