Responsibilities

  • Pull and analyze credit reports.

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years of recent experience as a Processor, Loan Officer, or Loan Officer Assistant.
  • Ability to independently structure mortgages and set up loans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently without direct instruction.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and FNMA guidelines.
