As a Loan Officer, you will be trained to listen, build rapport, and understand the full financial situations of our customers, with the goal of providing the most appropriate financial solutions to meet each client's specific needs. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic and outgoing, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to be persuasive. You will connect quickly with consumers and build rapport with potential clients, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including excellent follow-up capabilities. A strong ability and passion for closing deals and negotiating is essential, as is the capacity to quickly identify customers' goals and objectives. We are looking for an ambitious professional who is motivated by the opportunity for advancement and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of phone calls with ease. Basic computer skills and data entry experience are required, along with a preference for candidates with sales experience. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to and analyze the financial situations of customers to provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Build rapport with potential clients and connect quickly with consumers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including follow-up capabilities.
  • Close deals and negotiate effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Identify customer goals and objectives swiftly and accurately.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to improve sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Sales experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role.
  • Mid-level data entry skills and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and persuade effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative to complete tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
