As a Loan Officer, you will be trained to listen to clients, build rapport, and analyze their financial situations to provide tailored financial solutions that meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, outgoing, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should be persuasive, have strong character and integrity, and be able to connect quickly with consumers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to follow up effectively. You will be comfortable taking inbound calls and have a strong passion for closing deals and negotiating. The role requires the ability to quickly identify customer goals and objectives, and you should be an ambitious professional motivated by opportunities for advancement. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will need to learn and react quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of phone calls. Basic computer skills and data entry experience are necessary, and while sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. A college degree is also preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
