About the position

The Med Spa Manager at DermLounge and Med Spa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the med spa services, including marketing, operations, sales, and clinic performance. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences while managing operational and clinical processes. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, compassionate, and adaptable, with a strong interest in growing the business and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, implement, and maintain guest experience and service standards.
  • Manage operational and clinical processes throughout the Center.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of staff, promoting performance and accountability.
  • Prepare accurate reports and respond to corporate requests.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Establish and monitor systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable laws.
  • Schedule monthly training and workshops for staff development.
  • Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host events.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong marketing experience.
  • Ability and experience in sales, with a focus on top sales performance.
  • Knowledgeable about skincare products and services.
  • Experience with non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

Nice-to-haves

  • Esthetician License (not required).
  • Medical Assistant Certification (not required).
