About the position

The General Manager must maintain high safety standards for both guests and employees, making critical business decisions regarding inventory management, budgeting, and food ordering to ensure profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, particularly in high-volume locations, and will possess excellent communication skills. A proven track record of coaching and developing staff is essential, as is a commitment to maintaining McDonald's high standards for quality and service. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED or higher education.
