About the position
We are seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team, responsible for guiding borrowers through the loan application process and advising them on their financial options. Responsibilities
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- File loan applications and supporting documents
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields
- Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
