About the position

We are a mortgage correspondent with warehouse lines for every type of product ranging from fix and flip to NQM with capacity to fund up to 25 million loan amounts to hard money OO & NOO and the list goes on! Moreover, we boast an esteemed in-house lending division, affording us direct access to lucrative lending opportunities. We invite applications solely from individuals possessing relevant experience in loans processing or a genuine passion for the dynamic field of mortgages. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in loans and has previous experience. They should be able to take direction well, possess tough skin, be highly motivated, and demonstrate persistence without giving up easily. Following up with clients vigorously is a must, as well as being unafraid of making calls, understanding that this role involves a numbers game. Additionally, the ideal candidate should understand the importance of certain time frames in which proposals need to be sent out and reviewed with the client. As a testament to our commitment, we provide an array of invaluable resources, such as highly sought-after Live Transfers and dedicated openers, ensuring a continuous influx of promising leads. In addition, we run Social Media campaigns that will generate leads. Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Process mortgage loan applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and loan officers throughout the loan process.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and submitted promptly.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Adhere to strict timelines for proposal submissions and client reviews.

Requirements

  • NMLS Licensed Individuals
  • Previous experience in loans processing or a strong understanding of mortgage affairs.
  • Ability to take direction, possess tough skin, and remain motivated even in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using mortgage processing software and tools.
