About the position

Naults Seacoast Indian Motorcycle is seeking an experienced motorcycle technician to join their Service Department. The role involves diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for motorcycles.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance including changing oil, checking air pressure, and replacing spark plugs and brakes
• Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Be dependable, organized, and self-motivated

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing vehicles

• Experience with brake repair and service technician duties, required
• Previous work in a dealership or automotive repair shop, required
