About the position

The Multi-Site Community Manager will oversee the operations of five distinct residential communities in Orange County, ensuring efficient management, excellent resident relations, and compliance with company policies. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, financial oversight, and maintenance coordination, aimed at delivering a high-quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage 160 units across five properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing laws.
  • Supervise rent collection, prepare and serve notices, monitor budgets, and ensure timely invoice submissions.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, effectively address resident concerns, and manage lease enforcement.
  • Oversee unit turnover processes, facilitate work orders, and collaborate with renovation teams for timely, on-budget unit deliveries.
  • Manage vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing, track capital expenses, and monitor renovation projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing multi-family rental properties with over 150 units, including leasing.
  • Proficiency in AppFolio (preferred) and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check (criminal and employment).
