About The Position

The family is seeking two experienced and caring nannies to provide long-term support for their two sets of twins, aged 4 and 2. The nannies will work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, and must be willing to travel with the family for extended periods. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of childhood development and be able to assist with the children's educational and social/emotional growth.

Requirements

• Experience with young children under 5
• Longevity in past roles with excellent references
• Confident and safe driver with a valid license and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally with the family

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily routines for the children
• Prepare healthy snacks and meals
• Assist with feeding, dressing, bathing, and toileting
• Handle school drop-offs and pickups as needed
• Support cognitive, emotional, and behavioral development
• Arrange and supervise indoor/outdoor activities
• Coordinate and supervise playdates
• Engage in age-appropriate play
• Support educational goals with productive activities
• Ensure children's safety and supervision
• Keep children's rooms and play areas clean and organized
• Provide general family/household assistance
• Teach children positive behavior and manners
