About the position

We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and managing our accounting functions. This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks Software and accounting practices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoices, payroll, taxes, insurances, and HR duties.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain efficient office operations
  • Manage accounting functions including A/R, A/P, and invoicing
  • Process payroll and taxes
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Handle HR duties as required
  • Perform account reconciliation and journal entries

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office administration and accounting role
  • Familiarity with accounting processes and financial software
  • Strong understanding of account reconciliation and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
