About the position

Menorah Life is seeking an experienced full-time Account Payable & Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll and accounts payable functions. This role involves preparing and processing weekly payroll and manual checks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and customer service skills, along with a background in payroll and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process weekly payroll and manual checks in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts payable functions and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Utilize ADP and PointClickCare (PCC) for payroll and accounts payable processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3 years of payroll experience, preferably with ADP or similar software.
  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in accounts payable is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in the role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) for accounts payable.
