ProHealth Physicians is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Mansfield, Connecticut. This role is part of a clinician-led care organization focused on improving healthcare delivery. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will have autonomy in practice while being part of a dedicated team, contributing to the health of the community and enhancing patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to a dedicated panel of pediatric patients.
- Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health.
- Collaborate with other clinicians in a team-based practice.
- Participate in an onboarding and mentorship program.
- Contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Physician Assistant program.
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain).
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.
- Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start).
