About the position

The Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager will play a crucial role in managing personal injury cases from start to demand. This position requires a bilingual (Spanish + English) individual who is organized and experienced in legal document drafting, legal research, and case file management. The Case Manager will be responsible for client communication, handling medical records, and finalizing demands, all while working in a supportive team culture that values accountability and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to obtain treatment updates and relevant case information
• Requesting medical records and bills and confirming medical balances
• Negotiating with medical providers
• Compiling relevant medical bills for a demand package
• Maintaining client files, including scanning medical records, bills, and other pertinent documents
• Drafting documents and compiling demand letters

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred - High school diploma is required
• 3-5 years of personal injury case management experience preferred
• Comfortable with computer programs, such as spreadsheet presentation, word processing, and case management software
• Possesses exceptional organizational skills as well as effective communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated
• Tech-savvy
