About the position
The Pest Control Branch Manager at Home Paramount Pest Control is responsible for overseeing the daily sales and operations of the Stuart, FL branch. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the branch including sales, service, customer service, revenue, profit, and expense activity.
- Oversee materials and equipment inventory, fleet, and payroll management.
- Manage staff including interviewing, hiring, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with vehicle and job safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations to support new business and customer retention.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Pest Control industry experience required.
- 2+ years of sales and sales management experience.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Experience in people management and client relationship management.
- Ability to meet sales goals and manage profitability.
