About the position

Dominion VUE, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is seeking a full-time Project Manager with agile experience to lead data conversion projects from legacy Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to the new Dominion VUE DMS. The role involves facilitating team organization and agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication, and managing project resources to deliver projects efficiently within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team organization and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage all project communication, including status reporting and organizing project meetings.
• Identify resources needed and collaborate with Functional Managers to assign tasks and responsibilities.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3+ years of technical project management experience
• 1+ years managing technical projects involving cross-functional teams including software developers
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models
• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development projects
• Basic knowledge of ticketing systems like JIRA and Azure DevOps.

Nice-to-haves

• PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
• Prior experience in the automotive industry
• Prior experience working with data teams
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
