Join us as a Quality Analyst, where you'll put your love of science and quality to work conducting customer requirement reviews, audits, and maintaining quality systems. Your work will support manufacturing quality for products in the aerospace and automotive industries. As a Quality Analyst, you will conduct and document customer requirement reviews, provide auditing support to manufacturing facilities in aerospace, automotive, and other areas, write letters to customers, analyze and compare quality manuals, and maintain and update the Quality Management System. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Product Lifecycle Management System. This role requires a strong foundation in scientific principles and quality assurance practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document customer requirement reviews
  • Provide auditing support to manufacturing facilities in aerospace, automotive and other areas
  • Write letters to customers
  • Analyze and compare quality manuals
  • Maintain and update the Quality Management System
  • Maintain and update the Product Lifecycle Management System

Requirements

  • B.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Material Properties or a related field
  • Preferred ISO-9001 certified auditor
  • Preferred AS9100 or IATF-16949 certification
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills
  • Preferred familiarity with Quality Management Systems
  • Preferred familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management
  • Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods while conducting tests
  • Ability to work around strong smells and wear personal protective equipment while handling samples
