About the position

Immediate Opening for Experienced Real Estate Paralegal at a high volume residential and commercial real estate firm with offices in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Uptown Charlotte. The position will primarily be based in Rock Hill, with occasional travel between offices required. The ideal candidate will have complete knowledge of Pro Form and Pro Trust, and should be familiar with the entire closing process from start to finish. Excellent phone skills and a willingness to provide superior client service are essential. The candidate should also possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor. This is a full-time position with some overtime required depending on the needs of the firm. Full-time benefits include health insurance coverage after 60 days of employment, paid holidays, and 2 weeks of paid vacation after 6 months of full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of real estate documents.
• Manage the closing process from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Maintain and organize case files and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
• Utilize Pro Form and Pro Trust software for transaction management.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate law is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Soft Pro is required.
• Complete knowledge of Pro Form and Pro Trust is a must.
• Familiarity with the entire closing process from start to finish.
