Responsibilities

  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a quick and easy closing process.
  • Provide exceptional service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
  • Stay informed about local market knowledge to address client inquiries regarding potential homes and communities.
  • Consult with clients to identify their home wants and needs and successfully close deals.
  • Engage in daily prospecting through various channels to generate new business.
  • Nurture buyer and seller leads in the pipeline effectively.
  • Study and analyze real estate market trends to inform clients and strategy.
  • Attend weekly open houses and broker tours to network and showcase listings.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Deliver world-class digital marketing for property listings.
  • Provide expert guidance for clients in buying and selling residential real estate.
  • Conduct property showings, appointments, and consultations.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
  • Hold an active, valid California Real Estate License.
  • At least 1 year of experience or 3 transactions in real estate sales history.
  • Highly motivated, go-getter attitude with a commitment to excellence.
