This role is critical to the dealership's success as it aims to maximize volume sales across multiple segments.

Responsibilities

• Set ambitious monthly and annual goals and objectives for sales and gross revenue.
• Recruit, train, inspire, and evaluate the performance of all team members.
• Cultivate a thriving team environment where every member can excel.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Oversee the daily operations, including staffing and procedural adherence.
• Follow all company policies meticulously.
• Maintain a detailed daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.
• Implement a robust prospecting and sales control system to ensure proper follow-up with potential buyers.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up processes.
• Encourage effective communication both within the sales department and across other departments.
• Assist with trade appraisals to support the sales process.
• Actively participate in manager's meetings as required.

Requirements

• Previous Sales Manager experience
