Kenny Ross Subaru is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their team in North Huntingdon, PA. This full-time position involves providing exceptional customer service while managing service orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that the company has upheld for over sixty years in the Western Pennsylvania area.

Responsibilities

• Accurately records information such as name, addresses, and article to be repaired, or service to be rendered.
• Communicates with customers regarding status changes in work orders.
• Sets proper service level expectations with customers.
• Prepares work order and distributes it appropriately.
• Cross-sells upgrade parts to service customers when opportunities arise.
• Calls or writes customers to ensure satisfactory performance of service.
• Meets and greets guests as they arrive, using a tablet for write-up and documenting customer concerns, including providing factory-required maintenance.
• Maintains documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, work orders, reports, etc.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Verifiable customer service performance record and/or training required.
• An impressive work ethic.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Experience with Electronic MPI.
